On February 22nd, the HOA met to vote on two proposals:
1) Add language to the bylaws to allow members to opt-in to email delivery of notifications instead of USPS delivery.
2) Increase yearly dues from $85/year to $105/year, effective April 1, 2026 (next round of dues).
A quorum was reached, and both proposals passed. If you wish to enroll in email delivery notification from the board, including your dues notification, please email board@tuckaweye.com, and include your name, address and what email you wish to use to receive notifications from the HOA board.
