3. COMMON PROPERTY MAINTAINED BY THE HOA

Common property which is the responsibility of the HOA includes:

4. INSURANCE

The Association does not provide any insurance for homeowners or homeowners' property.

5. DUES

Annual dues are $85 payable on April 1, for the period April 1 through May 31.
